Returns & Exchanges
At Carbon Wears, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Purchased directly from our website
Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and some promotional items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the provided return label.
Exchanges
Exchanging an item is easy. When processing your return through the portal, select the “Exchange” option and choose your preferred size or style. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will ship your new item promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Your Return
Use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to return your items. Make sure the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit. You are responsible for ensuring that the package is delivered to the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please start a return through our portal and select the relevant option. We will prioritize resolving the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exchanges for Out-of-Stock Items
If the item you wish to exchange is currently out of stock, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or request a refund. We will communicate any availability issues during the return process.
